Juliana, OK, so, I have no words - just squeals of excitement! It probably took me twice as long to get to work this morning because I was driving like 30mph staring at my ring the whole time! It is absolutely everything I imagined and dreamed for - I can not tell you how much I am in love with this ring!! Hi Sheerah, I hope you are well! I've been quite busy with work recently, but I wanted to let you know how it all went down. I was planning to propose to Kat in Dubai as the hotel we were staying at had a fantastic rooftop area about 50 stories up with a fantastic view of the city and the Arabian gulf... Unfortunately the plans were thwarted by my lazines. Kat wanted to start packing a good week before the trip, but as a guy I found this totally unnecessary. I finally agreed to start packing (when I say that, I really mean I sit on the bed while Kat gets all of my clothes ready :P). Before I continue I should tell you that the ring was hidden in my sock draw and I'd kind of forgotten about it... Anyway Kat started pulling out shirts and pants and then got to the sock draw. At the same time I heard my Blackberry ringing so I rushed downstairs to get it, only to return to Kat sitting on the bed pointing at the box in the sock draw with a tear in her eye. Needless to say, I proposed right there and of course she said yes!!! I was a little bit disappointed because I didn't get to ask her parents before hand - I wanted to wait until the last minute because they are gossips! We haven't yet set a date but are looking. It also goes without saying that she LOVES the ring and we will be coming back for more jewelry. Thanks again for all of your help, it is truly appreciated!

Dear Tracy, We talked on the phone last week, when I received the diamond. As I told you the stone looked very nice (actually it was more like "love at first sight"), and that we were planning to see an independant appraiser to get a second opinion. We did that this morning. The appraisal verified all the information of the report (color, clarity, polish, cut etc). Based on the good appraisal news and the fact that the diamond is indeed lovely (somehow I think it was just cut for me), we have decided to keep it. We can therefore finalize all sale steps, including sending the original certificate. Clearly we are both very happy with the stone itself. Still, this email would be incomplete if it only mentioned the product. A big "Thank you" is due to you and the rest of your team for making the whole process smooth, enjoyable and transparent. In an industry like this one, it is hard to find - and therefore greatly appreciated when one does - people that provide a great service. You have done exactly that and you've done it very well. You listened to what we wanted, you responded swiftly, you answered our questions, you were there all the way from the beginning to the end. Thank you all!

Hi Traci, Thanks for helping me pick the diamond. I received the diamond yesterday and it looks really nice! The packaging is also very cool as well. The calender is also a nice touch! Quick question, can you tell me what the printer label on the envelope of the wrapper is for? I noticed some of the specs on the label vary from what is on the AGS certificate. Also, what type of magnification do you need to view the Whiteflash and AGS inscriptions? The geek in me wanted to see it but I could not find it with a 10-20x loupe. I must say that Juli was lovely in the face of a good amount of nitpicking and waffling in finding the perfect centrestone, and Joe was invaluable: he took my mix of pictures and paint sketches and crafted a real beauty from it, and my fiance David and I still smile every time we look at the ring. David and I found WF on PriceScope after a rather stressful experience with a local jeweller. WF has been fantastic to work with, and it's comforting to know that wherever we relocate to, we have a company we know we can trust with future jewellery creations.
