Sheerah, Just wanted to throw out a big thank you to all of you for making this process so special, and creating such an amazing ring! I can't wait to give it to her this weekend, and once I'm back Tuesday I'll give you all an update on how it went, and hopefully have some pictures of it on her finger as well! We will definitely come back to do our wedding bands with you all, and she will love being coming to your office and meeting all of you! I've attached a file a posted to pricescope showing the transformation from CAD rendering to before engraving to the finished product. I love seeing it from one step to the next, and for me it really highlights the artistry and talent that went into it. From Joe and his work with the CAD to the hand engraving, I'm very impressed, and very very happy!

Hi Renee, I just picked up the ring and it looks stunning! I keep stealing glances at it under my desk. The stone looks terrific and I couldn't be more happy with the setting. Now if I can only manage to sneak it on to the airplane without her noticing.....

Hi Vera A big thanks to everyone at WF, the ring is lovely. Sheerah has been fantastic through my many stops and starts over the last year or so in trying to find a ring and decide on what we wanted to do, and Joe was amazing as a designer, very patient and great communication skills to enable us to get the ring spot on. My ring is lovely, exactly as I would have hoped for it to have turned out. The G SI1 is fantastic, my little eyes cant see a thing without the loupe, just lots of sparkle. The ring and especially the setting, has had some great feedback on Pricescope. Thanks again for all your help, you have all made purchasing an expensive purchase half the world away seemless and stress free.

Hi, Traci, Chris, Vera, and Becca: I cannot thank you enough for making me a dream bracelet I can enjoy forever. My husband already got the package for me when I got home from work last night. It's evening already -- All I could see was fire/sparkling dancing out from my bracelet -- It's amazing, amazing sparkling bracelet. I am so happy with my choice! I am also very glad I decided on 6ctw instead of 5 ctw. I found 0.15cw melee looks a lot bigger than 0.125cw melee I have, and hehe it also gives a reason to get another bracelet in more delicate form later. Big thank to Traci for working out a good price for me so that I didn't have to kick myself hard for not getting it years ago. Many thanks to Chris for helping me on questions and putting order for me when Traci was busy. A great thank to Vera for talking to me when waiting for my bracelet nervously. Last, like to thank Becca for getting me beautiful pictures for my bracelet, so I can share it with my friends.

Bob, The door bell rang, and it was the Fedex guy with the necklace extension. Needless to say, I dropped everything to sign for the package and immediately opened my present. I could not believe how elaborate the packing was for a little guy that weighs only a few metal clips. There were double boxes, formal paperwork, and a nice ring box. Down to every detail including the expensive FedEx Express shipping, the present has moved me to tears. Yes, I have been an exceptional loyal WF customer (with 4 major purchases so far in a year's time), but getting such an expensive gift in style tells me that WF also appreciates me in return. I truely appreciate the generosity of WF (thanks sweet Vera for asking on my behalf and Debbie for approving), and particularly Bob’s help in making my purchase experience enjoyable. I tried on the necklace and the extension with my turtle neck shirt on. The extra length does come in handy, and I can now see all the melees.

Bob, I am emailing you as an engaged man. The first special day was on Valentine's day on our trip to the mountains. As Joanie looked out the window that morning she saw the artwork in the snow and when she turned around I was on one knee. I have attached pictures that say it all, well except that she said yes. The second special day is now set for October 2nd of this year. I just wanted to email you again and let you know how much I appreciate your help and how great the ring turned out. All of the time and effort really pays off when I see the smile on her face. I must say that whiteflash truly is a cut above.
