Great Selection!
I loved whiteflash''s selection of diamonds. I really liked how I could search for a GIA graded diamond and read the report online. For what I was looking for, it was the perfect way to shop. The staff is responsive to my inquiries. The item arrived quadrupled boxed at the local fedex facility. It was a smooth buying process. I would recommend it to all my friends!

Fantastic Experience!
Every other review I have read on iVouch for Whiteflash basically sums up my experience with them. Just utterly fantastic. From the very first call I received from Traci till the very end, it was nothing but a pleasurable experience. All of my expectations were met, actually they were well exceeded. I can''t praise Traci and the rest of the team enough. Prices were very competitive but its the service that sets them apart from others. I had been looking for a ring for my now fiancé for about 1-2 months and was a bit tuckered out with the process, but Traci came to the rescue. I would say that my buying experience was rather quick and painless, at first I had one setting in mind but Traci was able to guide me towards that one that I ended up buying, and I am grateful for that as my fiance was ecstatic with the ring and the design. During the process, they even sent me pictures of the ring before it was sent out, like actual pictures of the ring, this blew my mind away as it didn''t even cross my mind to ask or to expect pictures. I even had a special request for a different shot of the ring which the photographer so graciously was able to accommodate. Dealing with the different individuals who were involved in the shipping was quick and painless. They were able to quickly change the Fed-Ex receiving location and did so with such quickness and efficiency. I just remember that I emailed them around 7 pm and did not expect a response until the next day, but within 15 minutes an email response arrived. I am one of those people who thinks service is key, but getting the best value for my money overrides that. With Whiteflash, the price is as competitive as can be and the service is the icing on the cake!
I want to personally thank Traci once again for helping guide me through this process, she is such a pleasure to work with and if any of my friends are ever in the market for a ring, I will absolutely be recommending Traci and Whiteflash! Thank you again!

Best money I''ve ever spent!
Oh my gosh the ring is exquisite! My heart was racing when I opened the package for the first time. The ring itself is stunning and before I proposed to my girlfriend I found myself sneaking peeks at it whenever I had the chance. My girlfriend is thrilled with the ring too. She says it''s exactly the style she would have chosen if she had chosen it herself and feels quite spoilt. All her friends at work have been swooning over it and grumbling that their rings aren''t as nice. I think it''s really some of the best money I''ve ever spent, we couldn''t be happier. Oh and the size was spot on!

Absolutely Perfect!!!
I just picked up the ring at Fedex! It is absolutely amazing looking!! I could not be happier and I know my soon to be fiancé will be thrilled as well! I did schedule an independent appraisal next week to get a 2nd opinion but I''m fairly certain they will have nothing but good things to say about the ring as well. The ACA cut is like nothing I have ever seen!!! Absolutely perfect!!

"The Talk of Taos"
We had an unforgettable weekend in Taos. As soon as we arrived, we went straight to the ski valley and I proposed atop Mt. Wheeler. She said yes! She had no idea I was going to propose. I''ve attached a picture of us on the chair lift on the way down as a newly engaged couple. Then we went to our cabins and I surprised her with all of our family, and we celebrated all weekend. She absolutely loves the ring (everyone does)! As Bryan predicted, she was "the talk of Taos"! Fit perfect. We couldn''t be happier.

Thank you so much for your patience, knowledge, and help with our purchase of wedding bands. It was about 2 years ago when I hesitantly purchased the engagement ring from a "little known" Whiteflash.
