I was speechless when I saw the ring!
I just picked up the ring this afternoon and I was speechless when I saw it for the first time. It''s so beautiful and exactly like what I had in my mind - I should''ve ordered this setting when I purchased my 1st diamond from WF!
I am going to give this to my wife this weekend and I am sure she''d be elated when she sees the ring. To my surprise, Australian custom only charged 10% import duty, which I was more than happy to pay.
I am so happy with this purchase and will definitely be doing more business with WF in the future.

The Whiteflash ACA Diamond is stunning!
Sorry for the delay in my response, but the ring that I received in June was everything I hoped it would be. It came right on time and was very well packaged. I proposed this past weekend and my fiancee loves the ring! ...and of course she said yes :) We could not be happier with the way the ring turned out. It came exactly as described. Your expertise and advice helped me make a well informed decision and feel comfortable purchasing a ring online. The ring exceeded ALL my expectations!
Just wanted to let you know that the ring arrived yesterday and has exceeded all my expectations!! I opened the numerous boxes (which was like playing pass the parcel) and could not have been happier when I finally got to the ring and saw how brilliant it was. Honest story, just as i took the ring out of the box the sun came out from behind the clouds, shone through my balcony doors and the diamonds litterally lit my face up with their sparkle! You couldn''t get the smile of my face I was that happy with it.
A huge thank you to you and your team at Whiteflash for making what can be quite a daunting experience one of the easiest and exciting shopping experiences ever! To have the ring in my hand only a couple of weeks after ordering it and to be informed of it''s status at every point along the way (especially the pictures of the ring) was fantastic. To get a similar ring made up locally would have taken at least twice as long and cost twice as much!! Beautiful and brilliant princess!
just wanted to let you know that I picked up my ring from Fedex early this morning. The ring is beautiful and I love it! After having a 7mm RB I was worried that I might not be as satisfied with the brilliance of the princess in general, and I was also worried about getting a lively stone in this cut. But since I had to stay in my budget (and I wanted a larger stone and new setting) the princess just seemed like it would give me the most bang for my buck. The size of the diamond with the halo is a real stunner, you should have seen it in Sephora today announcing its presence!!! I must admit that I do notice the color in this J stone most of the time which I didn''t at all in my RB, but I was kind-of prepared for that having read up on J color for fancy cuts and I think it will "grow on me". I don''t think most untrained people will notice this as much as I do anyway. Overall, I am very pleased with the ring and your production person/people did a fabulous job with the setting. I am going to take it to my appraiser next week.
Thank you, again for keeping me posted (pacified) and of course for getting it sent out EARLY!!! I was so excited I could hardly sleep at all last night! I will definitely recommend WF to my friends and family!

The ring blew me away!
The ring is beautiful. When i saw the ring, the quality and clarity blew me away. I couldn''t believe i was looking at such a nice diamond ring. It took me a week to proposed but when i did, my fiance''s eyes lit up with excitement and joy. I find her looking at it constantly and when she is not looking at it i find her all giddy thinking about the ring. She and I both thank you for your help in providing a smooth communication through email and phone. WhiteFlash has my recommendations.
